Over the last 20 years (Chartered Engineer since 2000) in both private and public sector, Nick has learned a great deal about business operations. Be it on the people management side, leading and coaching teams of up to 18 graduate engineers, to business development such as lecturing to 400+ delegates at the Philips Software conference.
The 16 months at Southampton Solent University gave Nick insight into the different challenges of working with and within the public sector.
